These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you") and Analitika Consulting LTD ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing our Website, registering for our free workshops, or purchasing any of our coaching services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

We provide holistic coaching services ("Services") designed to help you achieve your goals without sacrificing your well-being. Our approach is centred on our proprietary

"The Integrated Life Blueprint™" method and the principles of "Strategic Integration".

Our Services include, but are not limited to:

Free live "Problem-Solving Workshops".

One-off "Deep Dive Integration Sessions" for targeted problem-solving.

One-on-one (1-on-1) coaching programs for a full strategic partnership.

Group coaching programs.

The goal of our Services is to provide you with an actionable, strategic roadmap to overcome challenges and create a life you love.

3. Disclaimers and Professional Boundaries

Coaching vs. Therapy: Our Services constitute professional coaching, not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. We help you integrate your authentic self and build strategies for your life and business.

No Professional Advice: We are not licensed medical, legal, or financial advisors. You are responsible for seeking guidance from qualified professionals in those fields.

No Guaranteed Results: Your success depends on your own effort and commitment. We provide strategic tools and support, but we do not guarantee any specific personal or financial outcomes. Client testimonials represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results.

4. Client Responsibilities

Active Participation: To achieve the best results, you agree to participate actively and honestly in all sessions. Engagement is encouraged but not mandatory.

Implementation: You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on the coaching you receive.

Confidentiality in Groups: If participating in a group program, you agree to keep all information shared by other participants strictly confidential.

5. Financial Terms & Cancellation

Fees: Fees for paid Services will be outlined at the time of purchase. All fees are in GBP (£) and are due before the service begins, unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing.

Free Workshops: Our weekly Problem-Solving Workshops are free of charge, with no obligation and a 0% sales pitch promise.

Cancellation for Live Services: In accordance with UK law, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel any purchased Service (like a 1-on-1 or group program), provided the service has not yet commenced. To cancel, you must provide written notice to our support email listed in Section 11. No refunds are available for sessions that have already been completed.

Digital Products: For digital products (such as downloadable guides or pre-recorded courses) that are provided immediately, your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations is waived. By purchasing and accessing this content, you provide your express consent to this and acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund once the download or access has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, concepts, and frameworks provided to you, including but not limited to "The Integrated Life Blueprint™", are the exclusive intellectual property of Analitika Consulting LTD. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own development. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any commercial purpose.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Client Information: All information you share with us will be kept in strict confidence.

Exceptions: Confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is required by law, or there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Recordings: Coaching sessions may be recorded for training or content purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of our Services is limited to the amount you have paid for those Services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. These terms do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, as prohibited by UK law.

9. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

To initiate a discussion about a dispute, please contact us at the email address listed in Section 11. We agree to first attempt to resolve any issues through good-faith negotiation. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any legal proceedings must be conducted in the courts of England and Wales.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice of any significant changes by posting them on our Website or notifying you by email. Continued use of our Services after this period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
